US-PA-Philadelphia-Shift Supervisors/Process Techs/Set-Up Techs

Our client an industry leader in the development and manufacturing of innovative injection molding products, is looking for top-quality leaders to join our team. They are a 24-hour, 7-day operation, and need supervisors with processing experience for day and evening shifts. Schedule includes 12-hour shift, work 36 hours total one week, 48 hours total the next week.

Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in the injection molding industry, with a proven successful background in managing and motivating people. Other responsibilities include performing startups, daily press rounds for improvement, evaluation and verification of critical process characteristics and ergonomically correct conditions, as well as, responding to machine alarms, performing mold maintenance, and maintaining process guideline procedures.
