Manager
Our
Client, a leading, locally based food distribution company
that has an immediate requirement for a Plant/Warehouse Manager.
Duties
include: managing, directing, and implementing all aspects
of Plant/Warehouse Operations.
We
require:
- BS/BA
degree or equivalent education experience
- Seven
to ten years successful experience working in a perishable
food distribution (Refrigeration) environment with a focus
on operations management and facilities maintenance with
budget responsibility
- Attention
to detail
- Good
organization skills and communication skills
- Proficient
in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Proficiency
in accounting/budget, math and analytical skills
- Ability
to provide effective written and/or verbal instructions
- Ability
to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability
to effectively monitor and develop subordinates
