Hill-Preventive Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises
daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual maintenance work including
regular Preventive Maintenance and administers the PM Program
to ensure compliance with the SCI guidelines that primarily
occur on the given shift. Provides maintenance support to
operating production lines and oversees facility critical
systems. Directs maintenance troubleshooting in conjunction
with reporting staff, including all production related equipment,
and off-shift restarting critical systems, i.e., WFI System,
550 ton chiller, sterile filling room HVAC systems. Distributes
and completes maintenance work orders. Provides maintenance
work definition with outside contractors and associated equipment/parts
(Procurement, Change Control, i.e.,). Supports development
of Critical Spare Parts requirements for computerized Preventive
Maintenance schedules and specific activities required for
computerized plant shutdowns. Provides input and requirements
to Project Engineering for new equipment purchases, equipment
upgrades and recommended equipment PM's. Conducts departmental
training on SOP's/Job Aids, Safety, and new production equipment.
1st and 2nd Shift available.
A
BS in engineering is preferred or equivalent experience. Must
have 5 years supervisory experience in maintenance or manufacturing
with technical degree or a minimum 10 years supervisory experience
in maintenance or technical manufacturing without a degree.
